Service Technician

 

General Description:

Troubleshoot, Repair, Inspect, and maintain overhead lifting equipment. To include but not limited to, major repairs such as gear cases, electrical rewires, and general overhauls or rebuilds of new equipment. Responsible for all customer interface on-site as well as all paperwork associated with job and truck stock and maintenance. Delegate and train assistant on all aspects of crane repair to include but not limited to, troubleshoot and customer interface. Have the ability to perform minor welding and fabrication work.

 

Work experience requirements: At least one year of Maintenance work on Overhead or large equipment Strong Electrical and (or) mechanical abilities Valid Drivers license and proper use of light fabrication equipment.   Education Requirements: Minimum High school education or GED equivalent.
